Your inbox is where you can view all incoming messages from your clients through iOPharmaTM. To view all incoming messages:

  1. Navigate to ‘Messages -> Inbox’.

  2. You will see all received messages sorted by ‘Newest first’.

  3. Clicking on a message relating to an [RFQ, POP, PO, SHO, QC] will allow you to:

    1. See the trail of messages against this unique reference.

    2. Send/Respond to message.

  4. Clicking on a general message will allow you to:

    1. Reply

    2. Forward

    3. Delete

    4. Mark as unread
